Shutts buildings are made from all full dimension rough cut pine and hemlock lumber. The buildings start on either 4”x 6” or 6”x 6” skids foundations so they are always able to be moved. They have 2” x 4” or 2” x 6” floor joyces on 16” centers, the flooring is 1” rough cut hemlock. The walls are 2” x 4” on 24” centers with a double sill plate that interlocks each wall together. The rafters are made from either 2” x 4” or 2” x 6” on 24” centers depending on your needs. The siding is board and baton rough cut 1” pine with 1” x 3” x 1” batons to cover each crack between the boards. We also can use clap board siding and log siding if you choose. The roof can come with either shingle or steel metal with a choice of colors. (price may vary) The buildings come with a 3’, 5’ or 6’ double door depending on your needs and the size of the building.
